Production Technology

The starch is liquefied and sugared by the enzymatic process and its filter particles are removed by filter press systems, condensed particle filter and desalinated in ion exchange columns and by microfilter device which removes particles with a size of 0.2 microns, then syrup. Completely transparent and colorless, it is crystallized, centrifuged and dried.
